Vegetable Cutlet

Cutlet goes very well with tomato jam.  We can have this as evening snack. Easy to prepare.

Here is my recipe.

Ingredients:

Beans - 3
Carrot - 1
Green Peas - Few
Potato - 1/2 (Optional)
Beetroot - 1/2 (Optional)
Big Onion - 1/2 (Optional)
Turmeric - Apinch (Optional)
Salt - To Taste
Vegit Instant Mix Pack 30Gram - 1pkt
Coriander Leaves - Few

Method Of Preparation:

STEP 1:

- Chop the veggies and wash well. Boil the veggies with salt, (if you want to add turmeric powder add it now)and keep it in a bowl.

- Take a bowl and put the cutlet mix pack.



- Add 150ml (3/4th cup) water to the cutlet mix. Donot add more water. Add as per the instruction, so that cutlet will come in a proper way.


- Now you can add the boiled veggies and mix it well.


- Leave it for 5minutes.

- Step 1 is over now.


STEP 2:

- Take a bowl and put the batter mix pack. Add 1/4th of water to the mix,stir well and keep aside.


STEP 3:

- Now make small cutlet balls from cutlet mix and flatten them or place it in the moulds, so that you can get the perfect shape. Moulds should be given in that pack.


- Dip the shaped cutlet in liquid batter mix.

STEP 4:

- Roll the dipped cutlets in bread crumb provided with the pack.

- Bread Crumb powder should be given in this pack.

STEP 5:

-  Now fry the dipped cutlets in oil and place it in a plate.


- Serve hot with tomato jam.
