Mango Pickle

Summer Special

Mango Pickle is one of my favorite. It goes very well with curd rice. It's very simple and easy to prepare.

Let's move into the preparation.


Ingredients:

Mango - 2
Mustard Seeds - 1tbsp
Chilli Powder - 1Spoon
Hing - 1tbsp
Salt - To Taste
Gingelly Oil - 1 Laddle

Method Of Preparation:

- Cut mangoes into small pieces.

- Keep the chopped mangoes into a container and add some salt.


- Shake this and leave it for one day.

- Next day it leaves some water, now you can add chilli powder and shake it well.


- Keep kadai in the gas stove. Pour some oil and put mustard seeds and hing together.


- After it becomes splutter put mangoes and stir it for 1minute.

- Dont stir it for a long time.


- Let it become cool for a while. It should become complete coolness. After that you can tranfer from kadai to a container.


- Now Mango Pickle is ready.
