Potato Fry

It goes very well with vathakuzhambu and rasam.

I love potato fry with the above dishes.

Ingredients:


Potato - 5
Big Onion - 1
Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - A pinch

For Sesoning:

Oil - 3  tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1tbsp
Urad dal - 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves - 10
Salt - To Taste
Hing - 1 tbsp

Method Of Preparation:


- Boil the potatoes. Take it in a plate. Cut it into small Cubes.

- Keep kadai in the gas stove. Pour the oil and put the mustard seeds, urad, hing, curry leaves and onion.

- Fry well until it becomes golden brownish color.

- Put chilli powder and fry for a minute.

-Now put the chopped potatoes and fry well for 5mintues.

- Potato fry is ready now.
