Spinach is always good for health. It has minerals, proteins and other nutrients.
sure you should take twice a week. It's a good combination for vathakuzhambu and puli kuzhambu.
Let's move into the preparation.
Ingredients:
Spinach - 1 Bunch
Small onion - 4 to 5
Red Chillies - 3
Mustard Seeds - 1 tbsp
Hing - 1 tbsp
Urad - 1 tbsp
Shredded Coconut - Few
Salt - To Taste
Method Of Preparation:
- Chop spinach and wash well.
- Cut the onions and shred the coconut.
- Keep kadai in the pan pour the oil and put the mustard seeds, urad, hing, chilli and onion.
- Fry well until it becomes golden brownish color.
- Now put the washed spinach and add salt. Fry well.
- Spread little bit of water. Don't add more water, cos it itself leave some water.
- Boil well. After it get fully boiled add the coconut and fry for a minute.
- Thandang kirai poriyal is ready.
