Ingredients:
Ginger - Few
Green Chilli - 1
Curry Leaves - 10Coriander Leaves - Few
Hing - 1tbsp
Salt - As you want
Cooked Rice - 2Cups
Method of Preparation:
- Keep the pan in the gas stove, pour the oil and put the mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves, chilli and ginger.
- Fry well until it becomes golden brownish color.
- Now add these fried items to the prepared curd rice. Mix well.
- Atlast you can garnish with coriander leaves.
- Yummy curd rice is ready to eat.
Personal Suggestion:
- I have prepared curd rice in a simple way.
- If you want you can add pomegranate, tomato, grapes, mango etc, for more taste.
